Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident buying from CookMasterPro, whether you're ordering one saucepan or equipping a full kitchen. This page explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for both individual customers and trade accounts.

01 B2C — Home customers

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you're a private customer ordering from our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in line with EU consumer protection rules.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@cookmasterpro.com before the 14-day period ends. You then have 14 additional days to send the item back to us.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. This includes:

No signs of use, cooking, or washing
All original labels, protective films and accessories included
Original packaging, where reasonably possible

Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us may be refused, or a partial refund may be applied to reflect the reduction in value.

How to start a return

Email contact@cookmasterpro.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions on how and where to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Original delivery costs are refunded only when the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

05 B2B — Trade accounts

Trade order terms

Trade and bulk orders are governed by the terms agreed with your account manager at the time of quote. In general:

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to consumers and does not automatically extend to business purchases
Return and exchange terms for trade orders are confirmed in writing as part of your quote or contract
Faulty or incorrect items on trade orders are replaced or refunded at no cost, in line with your account terms

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, model or set, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used for cooking cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. Custom or made-to-order trade items may also be excluded from returns — this will be confirmed at the time of quote.
