We make stainless steel pots and pans in Belgium, for homes and pro kitchens alike.
CookMasterPro designs and supplies stainless steel cookware to both individual customers and professional kitchens, based in Belgium. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to CookMasterPro; "you" refers to the person or business placing an order or using our website.
Browse, shop, be normal about it — prices and stock can change without a heads-up.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. Product information, pricing and availability shown on the site may change without notice.
Prices in EUR, VAT included, payment upfront — and you've still got 14 days to change your mind.
Placing an order through our online store is an offer to purchase, which we accept once your order is confirmed. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order, through the payment methods available at checkout.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
Pricing, timelines, custom branding — all locked in on your written quote before we ship anything.
Trade orders are confirmed through a written quote from our trade team. Pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines and any custom packaging or branding are agreed in writing before an order is processed. Standard payment terms, unless otherwise agreed, are due prior to shipment.
We ship all over Europe; delivery dates are estimates, and the goods become your responsibility once they arrive.
We deliver across Europe. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in your trade quote, but are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.
Small differences in finish can happen, and if a price is flat-out wrong, we're allowed to correct or cancel it.
We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible, but small variations in appearance, weight or finish may occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct it and, where relevant, cancel and refund an affected order.
The site's text, photos and logos are ours — please don't reuse them without asking.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to CookMasterPro and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
We limit our liability for indirect losses where the law allows — but not for things like defective products.
To the extent permitted by law, CookMasterPro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for defective products.
Belgian law applies, Belgian courts decide — your home-country consumer rights still stand.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
Updates apply going forward only — orders you already placed stay under the terms you agreed to.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the update. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
